Ich bin beruflich von Montags - Freitags im Rheinland, und suche jemanden (w,m,d) der sich mit mir meine tolle Altbauwohnung in Bahnhofsnähe in Bad Oldesloe teilen möchte.
Aus familiären Gründen bin ich lediglich an den Wochenenden im Norden, sodass die oder derjenige quasi unter der Woche die komplette Wohnung für sich alleine hat.
Eine eingerichtete Küche, Bad und ein teilmöbliertes Wohn-/Esszimmer sind vorhanden. Eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist im Keller vorhanden.
Interessenten (w,m,d) sollten bitte über einen festen Job und ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis verfügen, sowie älter als 25 Jahre sein.
Ich bin männlich, fast 50 Jahre, ledig, habe 2 Söhne (leben bei meiner Ex-Frau in Oldesloe) und arbeite als Geschäftsführer.
