Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich und liegt Richtung Osten. Es hat drei Fenster und ist im 1. Stock eines Einfamilienhauses. Dazu gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus hat insgesamt noch 2 Zimmer im Obergeschoss und ein Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die große Wohnküche ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Sie geht hinaus auf die Terrasse und den Garten. Der kann ebenfalls mit genutzt werden, etwas Mithilfe im Garten ist erwünscht.
Die Lage ist am Stadtrand von Bad Oldesloe, aber zentral. Die Straße ist eine Sackgasse. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof, von dort aus geht es mit dem HVV in 23 Minuten zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof, überwiegend im Halbstunden-Takt, oder in etwa 15 Minuten zum Lübecker Hauptbahnhof. Ein Lidl Markt ist etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Innenstadt etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten, per Rad in 5 bis 10 Minuten. Der Wanderweg nach Trittau beginnt in 50 Metern, der Kurpark ist in der Nähe.
Das Haus wird von einer 65-jährigen Frau bewohnt, Journalistin im Ruhestand.Gesucht wird eine aufgeschlossene, ordentliche und freundliche Person. Das gemeinsame Leben im Haus kann sich in der großen Wohnküche abspielen. Zusammen kann gekocht oder geklönt werden, je nach Wunsch.
