Das Zimmer hat eine Grösse von 12 qm, die Wohnung Gesamt beträgt 80 qm.
Die WG zeichnet sich aus, für ihr grosses Wohnzimmer mit Anschluss zu einer Dachterrasse.
Ausserdem ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Gästetoillette. Die Küche ist geräumig ,somit genug Platz zum Kochen.
Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Lage,ca. 2 min. zum Bhf + Innenstadt und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich bin 36 Jahre alt und Berufstätig. Egal ob Mann oder Frau, solange du aufgeschlossen und Symphatisch bist und keine Haustiere hast,(Liebe Tiere,aber leider dürfen wir keine halten!)
auf sauberkeit achtest und nicht täglich ne Rock,n Roll Party veranstaltest bist du hier richtig.
Grosse regeln gibt es hier nicht ,denke man sollte in nem alter sein, das jeder sein Saustall aufräumt (Wohnlich darf es sein!)
