Das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist teil einer modernen 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit zum Wohnzimmer offener, neuwertiger Einbauküche. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht ein Balkon ab. Die Fenster haben elektrischen Rollläden, es gibt Fußbodenheizung.
Es gibt noch eine Abstellkammer bzw. einen Keller in dem ggf. etwas untergestellt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone, an der Holzbrücke über den Rhein oder im Schloßpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind somit auch um die Ecke.
Ich werde unter der Woche arbeiten und pendle Freitag bis Sonntag/Montag zu meiner Partnerin in die Schweiz.
Sonst fahre ich gerne Rad und bin sportlich aktiv.
Ich suche einen freundlichen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner.
Es sollte einmal die Woche alternierend geputzt werden.
