Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca 30 qm. Jedes Mitglied der WG verfügt über eine eigene 1-2 Zimmer-Wohnung in dem Mehrfamilienhaus. Geteilt wird Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll möbliert, verfügt über Fernseher und Internet (WLAN). Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett ausgestattet.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 420,00 €.
Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler Lage der schönen Altstadt Bad Wimpfen. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß 5 min entfernt, die Autobahn mit dem PKW 10 min. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es sowohl Anwohner- als auch Besucherparkplätze.
Momentan sind wir zwei berufstätige Frauen, eine Studentin und ein Student. Gesucht wird eine Frau oder ein Mann, die bzw. der im Alter von 26 bis 40 Jahren und bevorzugterweise berufstätig ist. Da die Wohnungen alle voneinander getrennt sind ist es keine WG im klassischen Sinne. Wir teilen Küche und das Bad.
