Das zimmer ist richtung garten ausgerichtet und hat ein fenster und eine gasheizung und ist mit dielen ausgestattet. Es befindet etwas abseits vom Wg mittelpunkt und ist daher auch als guter rückzugsort geeignet..
Theoretisch könnte ich teile meines Zimmer gegen einen kleinen preis dort lassen, wie zb ein Bett oder einen Kleiderständer..
Die wg ist 5 min zu fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (rewe, edeka, netto..) sind fussläufig erreichbar sowie bushaltestellen. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca 8 min und mit dem bus 4 min plus ca 5 min fusweg zum bus.
Die Straße ist gut zum parken geeignet und ruhig gelegen..
Malte und Nora würden deine mitbewohner heißen. Sie studieren beide an der uni und sind super mitbewohner. Es wird gerne auch mal zsm gekocht und das wg leben an sich ist auch sehr locker und umgänglich. Das gemeinsame wohnzimmer dient als treffpunkt für alle möglichen aktivitäten und kann auch als schlafplatz für potentielle gäste genutzt werden.
