Das Zimmer ist als Übergangslösung gedacht.
Ausgestattet ist es mit einem 140er Bett, Kleiderschrank und Arbeitsplatz. Der Monitor kann natürlich als kleiner Fernseher genutzt werden, wenn man einen Laptop anschließt.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. ist alles da und kann genutzt werden, so wie auch die restliche Wohnung mit Küche, Bad usw.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind direkt gegenüber. Ein toller Wald zum Spazieren gehen oder Joggen ist auch um die Ecke.
Ich bin Anfang 30 und berufstätig, selbst noch relativ neu in Bayreuth. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.
In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Bad hat eine Duschwanne mit Regendusche, Waschtrockner und Bidet.
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet: von Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Sodastream, Thermomix bis zum Milchschäumer ist alles da.
Im großen Wohn/ Esszimmer lässt sich faul der Abend genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten, Liegestuhl und Grill sind vorhanden. Optional ist ein Garagenstellplatz verfügbar.
