Hallo liebe/r neue/r Mitbewohner/in,
da ich mein Studium beendet habe und Bayreuth verlassen werde, suchen wir ab Mitte Februar eine/n Nachmieter/in. Über das genaue Einzugsdatum können wir gerne noch reden.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und mit einem Fenster zur Ostseite, wodurch du morgens Sonne in deinem Zimmer hast. Ich würde mein Zimmer gegen eine Ablöse teilmöbliert übergeben, wobei ich gerne Bett, Matratze, Kommode und den Schreibtischcontainer dalassen würde. Solltest du die Möbel aber nicht übernehmen wollen, finden wir auch hier eine Lösung.
Zur Wohnung gehören auch noch eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein kleines aber feines Badezimmer. Der Eingangsbereich dient als gemütlicher Ort, um zusammenzusitzen und zu quatschen. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein Garten, der mit den anderen Parteien im Haus geteilt wird. Hier stehen im Sommer oft Grillabende oder ein entspanntes Glas Bier oder Wein mit Freunden auf dem Plan. Deine Nachbarn sind vorwiegend Studenten.

Hello dear new flatmate,
As I have finished my studies and will be leaving Bayreuth, we are looking for a new tenant from mid-February. We can talk about the exact move-in date.
Your room is about 16 m2 in size and has a window facing east, so you will have sun in your room in the morning. I would hand over my room partially furnished for a fee, whereby I would be happy to leave the bed, mattress, chest of drawers and the desk container. However, if you don't want to take over the furniture, we can also find a solution.
The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen and a small but nice bathroom. The entrance area is a cosy place to sit together and chat. The flat also has a garden, which is shared with the other parties in the building. Barbecues or a relaxed glass of beer or wine with friends are often on the agenda here in summer. Your neighbours are mainly students.
Die Lage ist für perfekt, da die WG zwischen nahe der Innenstadt liegt, aber mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 10 Minuten von der Uni entfernt ist. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in ca. 5 Minuten.
Auch zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es nicht weit, hier hast du die Auswahl zwischen Nahkauf, Rewe, Hamsterbacke (Unverpacktladen) und Norma, alles zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.
3 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus sehr regelmäßig Busse zum Bahnhof/ZOH, sowie zum Campus fahren.

The location is perfect, as the shared flat is close to the city centre, but is also only 10 minutes away from the university by bike. You can reach the city centre on foot in about 5 minutes.
It is also not far to the nearest shops, where you can choose between Nahkauf, Rewe, Hamsterbacke (unpackaged shop) and Norma, all within a 10-15 minute walk.
There is a bus stop 3 minutes' walk away, from where buses run very regularly to the train station/ZOH and the campus.
Das WG-Leben ist das Beste an deiner zukünftigen WG, denn mit Fatemeh und Celia hast du wirklich tolle Mitbewohnerinnen. Beide sind super unkomplizierte und gesellige Menschen. Außerdem sind sie sehr ordentlich, weshalb wir die Wohnung versuchen immer sauber zu halten.
Fatemeh kommt aus dem Iran und hat letzten Sommer ihre Promotion an der Uni Bayreuth im Fach Chemie angefangen. Sie fährt gerne Fahrrad, geht wandern und ist generell gern in der Natur. Zu einem entspannten Wein oder einer Spielerunde am Abend würde sie nie nein sagen.
Celia kommt aus Spanien und studiert einen deutsch/spanischen Bachelor in Rechtswissenschaft. Sie ist sehr aktiv und daher viel unterwegs. Für entspannte Tür-und-Angel-Gespräche ist sie immer zu haben. Allerdings wird auch sie ihr Studium in ein paar Monaten beenden und daraufhin die WG verlassen. Dann kannst du aktiv bei der Mitbewohner/innen-Auswahl mitentscheiden.
Da wir eine internationale WG sind, ist die Hauptsprache Englisch. Generell läuft unser WG Leben hier sehr entspannt. Wir spielen gerne, kochen, gehen essen oder machen kleinere Ausflüge zusammen, aber alles ohne die Erwartungshaltung, dass man ein WG-Leben planen muss.

Living together is the best thing about your future flat share, because Fatemeh and Celia are really great flatmates. They're both super easy-going and sociable people. They are also very tidy, which is why we always try to keep the flat clean.
Fatemeh comes from Iran and started her PhD in chemistry at the University of Bayreuth last summer. She enjoys cycling, hiking and being outdoors in general. She would never say no to a relaxing glass of wine or a boardgame in the evening.
Celia comes from Spain and is studying for a German/Spanish Bachelor's degree in Law. She is very active and therefore travels a lot. She is always available for relaxed door-to-door chats. However, she will also finish her studies in a few months and then leave the flat share. You will then be able to actively help choose the flatmates.
As we are an international flat share, the main language is English. In general, our shared flat life here is very relaxed. We like to play games, cook, go out to eat or go on small trips together, but all without the expectation that you have to plan your life in a shared flat.
