Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Wir suchen ein/e Nachfolger/in für unseren Mitbewohner Antonios, der uns im April leider verlässt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, 20 qm groß, im Sommer kühl und im Winter gut zu heizen.
Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und mit Laminat ausgelegt. Unser Mitbewohner möchte ein paar von seinen Möbel an den Nachmieter oder der Nachmieterin abgeben.
The room is 20 sq, nice and cool in Summer and easy to heat in Winter.
Our flat mate would like to leave some of his furniture.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der alten Spinnerei, es sind also zwei Supermärkte, Biosupermarkt, Drogerie, Bäckerei, Baumarkt und Mediamarkt in der Nähe. Wie wir vor Kurzem entdeckt haben, gibt es hier ganz in der Nähe auch einen türkischen Supermarkt.
Der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit und ins Stadtzentrum läuft man ungefähr sieben Minuten.
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten.
The flat is close to two big supermarkets and the local mall. And we recently found a Turkish shop in our neighborhood.
The train station is 5 minutes walking distance and the town center is about 7 minutes.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the university by bike.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner heißen Simon und Clarissa.
Simon studiert Eco Geologie und Clarissa Philosophie und Wirtschaft und hat vorher eine Ausbildung zur Geigenbauerin gemacht.
Wir kochen beide gern und essen gern zusammen.

We both love to cook so it would be good if you like food;)
