Zum 01. August 2016 zieht unser dritter Mitbewohner aus, weshalb sein Zimmer für dich frei wird.
Das Zimmer hat 22 m², zwei große Fenster und liegt in einem Altbau am Eingang der Fußgängerzone. Durch den beinahe quadratischen Grundriss ist genug Platz für alle möglichen Möbel. Das Sofa kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
Besser gehts kaum. Zwischen Sternplatz und Villa Wahnfried hat mans nicht weit in den Hofgarten und in die Rosi. Auch die Uni ist nicht weit entfernt (5 min. mit dem Fahrrad). Ein Netto befindet sich nur 200m entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich sowohl ein Bäcker, als auch ein Metzger und ein chinesisches Restaurant.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Alex (Doktorand) und Ralph (Bachelorstudent) .Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, allerdings machen wir auch nicht jeden Tag Party. Man trifft sich gerne abends auf ein gemeinsames Bier im Wohnzimmer, oder schaut zusammen einen Film. Generell ist es ein sehr entspanntes Wohnen. Und da wir beide Physiker sind, erinnert die Wohnsituation im Besten Sinne an Big Bang Theory - nein, natürlich nicht, alles ganz normal :)
