Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte mein Zimmer (18 qm) in einer Studenten-WG ab Juli/August vermieten. Das Zimmer hat Möbel und eine Internetverbindung ist auch eingerichtet. Zudem gibt es eine gemeinsame Küche und eine Toilette. Bei Interesse kann ich Fotos schicken.
Die anderen beiden Mitbewohner sind nette Studentinnen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Uni (20Minuten zu Fuß/10minuten mit dem Bus ) und naheliegende Bushaltestellen sind auch vor Ort.
Die GEZ Gebühren werden mit den anderen Bewohnern aufgeteilt. Die Warmmiete liegt bei 260€ und für nähere Informationen kannst du dich gerne melden bei mir. Ich spreche Deutsch und Englisch.
