Da es mich für eine Weile in die Ferne verschlägt, biete ich für diese Zeit mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für alle möglichen Sachen. Es ist vollmöbliert und hat sogar ein eigenes Waschbecken durch welches sich Stau im Badezimmer vermeiden lässt. Hinten im Raum befindet sich ein zweites kleines Zimmer welches sich zum verstauen von Sachen und zum lernen eignet. An den zwei Fenstern habe ich meine Pflanzen stehen die aber so gut wie keine Pflege brauchen.
Since I am far away for a while, I offer my room for sublet for this time.
The room is very large and has space for all kinds of things. It is fully furnished and even has its own sink. At the back of the room there is a second small room which is suitable for storing things and studying. I have my plants at the two windows, but they hardly need any maintenance.
Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Fußgängerzone über dem Cafe Kraftraum. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel so wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat share is very centrally located above the Cafe Kraftraum. Public transport and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Die Bewohner Lena, Jonas und Lukas (alle Studenten) sind sehr offene und entspannte Menschen die auch für spontane Aktionen gerne zu haben sind. Oft wird zusammen gekocht, Karten gespielt, Filme auf großer Leinwand geschaut und viel gelacht und unterhalten. Auf offene Kommunikation und Harmonie legen wir sehr viel Wert, so dass sich jeder in der WG wohl fühlt.
Die Küche ist der Ort wo wir uns am liebsten aufhalten da es ein riesen Raum ist mit Couch, großem Esstisch, und leckeres Essen dort gekocht wird. Im Wohnzimmer das ebenso groß ist wird abends oft auf die Couch gekuschelt und Filme auf dem Beamer geschaut.
Your flatmates Lena, Jonas and Lukas (all students) are very openminded and chilled people who are also available for spontaneous actions. Often we cook together, play cards, watch films on the big screen and laugh and chat a lot. We attach great importance to open communication and harmony, so that everyone feels comfortable in the flat.
The kitchen is the place where we prefer to be because it is a huge room with a couch, a large dining table and delicious food is cooked there. In the living room, which is just as large, we chill on the couch in the evening and watch films on the projector.
