Das Zimmer ist klein, fein und hell. Es gibt ein großes Fenster mit Aussicht auf Bäume (und leider einem Teil vom Ring).
Wir haben eine Wohnküche, einen größeren Flur von dem die Zimmer abgehen, einen zusätzlichen Flur/Gaderobe, eine Speisekammer, ein Bad, zwei Klos und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Außerdem haben wir einen Kicker und ein Klavier :)
Zu den Kosten: In den Nebenkosten ist alles schon mit dabei, also auch Internet & Gema-Gebühren.
Die Lage ist super zentral, man ist in 2 min am ZOH und in 5 min am Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch viele. Wir gehen gerne auf den Wochenmarkt, in den Bioladen und in den arabischen Laden einkaufen. Alles ist gleich um die Ecke.
Es wurden vor kurzem gute schallisolierte Fenster eingebaut, dass heißt es ist auch trotz Nähe zum Ring sehr ruhig in der Wohnung.
Außerdem ist es sehr nah zum TransitionHaus (www.transition-bayreuth.de). Ein Begegnungsort / offene Werkstatt / Kreativraum, bei dem ein Teil von uns auch mit aktiv ist.
Wir sind eine sehr internationale WG (Kasachstan, Albanien & Deutschland) und würden uns also besonders über eine_n internationale_n Mitbewohner_in freuen! In jedem Fall suchen wir aber eine aufgeschlossene, auch an anderen Kulturen interessierte Person.
Die meisten von uns sind recht beschäftigt mit Studium, Arbeit & Ehrenamt. Aber wir freuen uns über gemeinsames Kochen, Tee trinken, ab und zu das Wohnzimmer mal für eine Feier nutzen oder auch sonst mal irgendwohin gehen.

A short version in English:
The room is bright and friendly. Our appartment is quite large - we have a shared kitchen, two hallways and a large living room. Plus, we have a piano and a table soccer :)
We live very central (train station 5 min, central bus station 2 min) and there are a lot of shopping options around. We like to go to the Saturday market, a small organic shop and the Arabic shop - everything is around the corner.
We are quite international (Kazakhstan, Albania & Germany) and would love to keep it this way. However the most important thing is that you are an open-minded person.
