Schönes kleines Zimmer mit Fenster in einer sechser WG in Bayreuth 95444. Mitbewohner sind alle freundlich, jedoch ist jeder meistens in seinem Zimmer. Das Bad mit Dusche und Toilette wird von allen verwendet, genauso wie die Küche mit Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, etc.
Der Bahnhof von Bayreuth ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt und bon dort fahren auch Busse. Der ZOH ist zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten entfernt und die Uni zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten. Zum Aldi kann man in 3 Minuten laufen und das nöchste Gym ist 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Mitbewohner sind alle freundlich, jedoch ist jeder meistens in seinem Zimmer. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Man kann jedoch die Straße vom Zimmer aus hören, jedoch ist es nachts immer ruhig. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer einen TV anschluss, das Wlan wird mit den Bewohnern geteilt.
Ich werde mitte Februar ausziehen, somit kann die Wohnung ca. ab dem 18.2.2023 bezogen werden. Alles Vertragliche muss mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden, welcher auch absolut freundlich und entspannt ist.
Anonsten kann die Wohnung in nächster Zeit gerne besichtet werden, dazu einfach mir schreiben :)
