Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.Stock und ist ca. 87 m² groß. Das Zimmer hat 12 m².
Die Wohnung liegt sehr stadtnah! Ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenso fußläufig erreichbar (1 min), an dieser man mit dem Bus in die Uni fahren kann. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man in etwa 10 Minuten bis zur Uni. Einen Biobio gibts auch noch um die Ecke, und wenn man mal etwas mehr und günstiger einkaufen will dann geh doch zu Netto (3 Minuten entfernt).
Du wohnst mit Fabi (25, Sport Lehramt) zusammen. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und sehr unkompliziert! Die WG ist keine Zweck WG, und daher ist es auch ab und zu üblich mal am Abend ein Bier zu trinken. Ist jedoch nicht verpflichtend, also kein Stress ! :)
Wenn ihr Interesse habt könnt ihr gern mal vorbeischauen um euch selbst ein Bild zu machen :)
In der Warmmiete ist alles enthalten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, GEZ). Von daher müsst ihr euch dahingehend keine Gedanken mehr machen !
Da aus der WG zwei Zimmer frei werden, suchen wir separat noch nach einem dritten Mitbewohner.
