Das Zimmer hat 13 qm, hohe Decke, Sonnenseite, Holzfußboden und Jalousien.
Zur Wohnung selbst: es ist ein unsanierter Altbau, der allerdings auch Altbaucharme hat. Überall außer in Küche und Bad ist Holzfußboden und zusätzlich zu den vier Zimmern gibt es eine Toilette, ein Bad, eine Abstellkammer/Gästezimmer und eine Speisekammer sowie einen Balkon. Wir haben dieses Jahr neue Fenster und Jalousien bekommen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was Mensch sich wünscht inkl. Geschirrspüler, es ist halt nur alles ein bisschen älter :) der Balkon hat Platz für ein kleines Sofa, Bank und Tisch.

The room has 13 square meters, high ceiling, sunny side, wooden floor and blinds.
About the apartment itself: it is an unrenovated old building, but it also has old building charm. There is wooden flooring everywhere except the kitchen and bathroom and in addition to the four rooms there is a toilet, a bathroom, a storage room/guest room and a pantry as well as a balcony. We got new windows and blinds this year. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want including a dishwasher, it's just a bit older :) the balcony has space for beer crates, a bench and a table and four people.
Die Lage ist prima: 5 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt, man muss nur einmal über den Ring. Zur Uni sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und der nächste Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreicht, Hofgarten und Röhrensee sind auch in 10 minuten zu Fuß erreicht.

The location is great: 5 minutes walk to the city center, you only have to cross the ring once. It's 15 minutes by bike to the university and the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away. Hofgarten and Rohrensee are also 10 minutes away on foot.
Verena arbeitet Teilzeit als Lehrerin und studiert nebenher. Sie hat ein Faible für Kino und Popkultur und trinkt gerne nachts Kaffee.
Maike ist Försterin, kocht gerne aufwendig und trainiert eine Kinderrugbymannschaft.
Außerdem zu erwähnen ist Maikes Hund Molly. Mollys Hobbies sind Sofa, buddeln und und Karotten essen. Molly ist sehr charmant aber es wäre gut wenn du keine Angst vor Hunden hast, da sie sich in der WG frei bewegt.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG und pflegen einen entspannten und freundschaftlichen Umgang inklusive Kneipengänge, Seeausflüge und gepflegte Küchensitzungen. Ansonsten isst jede was sie will, datet wen sie will und verbringt so viel Zeit zusammen wie sie will - alles kann, nix muss.
Generell sind vier Menschen und ein Hund auf 100 qm recht kuschelig, deshalb ist eine Grundsauberkeit in Küche und Bad wichtig, einen Putzplan haben wir aber nicht.
Da die Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig ist nehmen wir viel Rücksicht aufeinander und wollen das auch so halten. Wir suchen jemanden mit WG-Erfahrung, am liebsten auch berufstätig.

Verena works part-time as a teacher. She has a passion for cinema and pop culture and enjoys drinking coffee at night.
Maike is a forester, likes to cook elaborately and trains a children's rugby team.
Also worth mentioning is Maike's dog Molly. Molly's hobbies are the sofa, digging and eating carrots. Molly is very charming, but it would be good if you are not afraid of dogs as she moves around freely in the shared apartment.
We are not a shared flat share and maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, including going to the pub, trips to the lake and well-kept kitchen sessions. Otherwise, she eats whatever she wants, dates whoever she wants and spends as much time together as she wants - everything is possible, nothing has to be done.
In general, four people and a dog are quite cozy in 100 square meters, so basic cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom is important, but we don't have a cleaning schedule.
Since the apartment is pretty noisy, we show a lot of consideration for each other and want to keep it that way. We are looking for someone with flat sharing experience, preferably also working.
Ein Hund in der WG ist super aber reicht uns - weitere Haustiere wären also der einzige Ausschlussfaktor.

A dog in the shared apartment is great, but it's enough for us - so other pets would be the only exclusion factor.
