Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet! Ich ziehe aus und brauche einen Zwischenmieter, damit ich während der dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist nicht doppelt Miete zahlen muss. Eine Matratze und ein Pflänzchen werde ich aber drin lassen, damit es vielleicht nicht ganz so ungemütlich und kalt ist. Sonst gibt es eine große Wohnküche, und zwei Bäder.
Man läuft ca 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof hinauf. Es geht sehr steil hinauf. Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto gibt es zu Genügen. Gleich neben dem Bahnhof findet ihr ein Rewe, Lidl, DM, etc.
Insgesamt wird in der Wg auf Sauberkeit geachtet, es reißt dir aber niemand den Kopf ab, wenn du mal nicht dein Geschirr gleich nach dem Essen abwäscht. Wir gehen alle in die Schnitzschule und sind häufig Abends ziehmlich platt, deshalb verkriechen wir uns auch gern mal in unserem Zimmer.
Miete sind 290 Euro pro Monat alles in allem! Es gibt in der Wg kein Internet und keine Spülmaschine! Bitte Anrufen unter ----/-------, möglichst nach 16 Uhr! Ich freu mich von dir zu hören :)
