Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 m² groß. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schrank und einem Schreibtisch. Es hat einen schicken Parkett-artigen PVC-Boden sowie hohe Fenster und Decken und hat deswegen ein grosses 2x2,3 m Hochbett das mehr Platz bietet. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Flur und eine mittelgroße Küche mit Ceran-Kochfeld und Spülmaschine und Küchenutensilien.
The room is about 11 square meters. It comes furnished with a bed, cabinet, and desk. It has a nice PCV floor, big windows, and high ceilings. Therefore we built a big 2 x 2,3-meter loft bed which provides extra space. The apartment has a long corridor and a nice kitchen with a dishwasher and a modern stove and kitchen with some glasses, plates, forks, and so on. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bath shower
Gelegen im Nordkiez von Friedrichshain, nahe zur U-Bahnstation Samariter Straße - ca. 4 Minuten/600 Meter zu Fuß. Die Bänschstraße ist eher ruhig, mit vielen Bäumen. Doch schon in den Nachbarstraßen auf dem Weg zur U-Bahnstation gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants und alles andere, was Friedrichshain so cool und nett macht, was wir alle mögen.
In the Nordkiez, the northern part of Friedrichshain, close to subway station Samariter straße - about 4 minutes/600 meters walk. Bänschstraße is a quiet street with lots of trees, all sort of restaurants and bars that make Friedrichshain the cool and hip neighborhood we all love, are just one block towards the subway station.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer erstmal nur für drei bis sechs Monate. Also ist es vermutlich perfekt für Leute, die unkompliziert etwas Zeit in Berlin verbringen wollen oder ein Praktikum machen, oder sich von hier aus was eigenes Suchen und sich nicht um viel Kümmern wollen.
I am renting this room for three to six months out. So its probably perfect for people who just stay for the summer in Berlin and want to experience Friedrichshain, do an internship.

Schreibt mir einfach - am besten mit Telefonnummer und/oder FB/Insta Link oder so, auf Anfrage gibt es mehr Details und Information! :-) Bitte sagt auch, ob ihr vorbeikommen könnt, um das Zimmer anzugucken. Mehr als nur 1-2 Sätze, aber keine langen Romane zu schreiben erhöht die Chancen, das die Information effektiv rüberkommt ;-)
