Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Ich vermiete ein gemütliches, sehr schön geschnittenes Zimmer in Neukölln zur Zwischenmiete. Der Zeitraum ist flexibel, d.h. ein paar Monate länger sind auch kein Problem. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren kernsaniert und ist somit in einem absoluten Topzustand. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Holzdielen verlegt und hat ein 1a Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. In der Küche kann man gemütlich sitzen und kochen. Zudem gibt es einen praktischen Geschirrspüler sowie einen Keller.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so zum Wohlfühlen braucht: Eine große, gemütliche Couch mit Schlaffunktion, Kommode und Kleiderstange, ein Bett natürlich und Couchtisch sowie Sessel.
I am subletting a very spacious and nicely furbished big room in Neukölln. The flat was recently renovated and is in a great condition. The flat has a pretty wooden floor and a nice bathroom with washing machine. You can sit and cook in the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included) and it has a basement for storage.
The room is fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home: a cozy sofa, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail, a bed and vintage chair.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof direkt in der Karl-Marx-Straße, d.h. hier ist man mittendrin im Körnerkiez und hat alles was man so braucht direkt vor der Tür. Das idyllische böhmische Viertel und auch der Körnerpark sind direkt um die Ecke sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Real, Aldi, Späti etc.). Der S-Bahnhof Neukölln ist in ca. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen (Ringbahn und U7).
The flat is located at the backyard of Karl-Marx-Straße. So it is very quiet and at the same time everything you need is within reach. The lovely Körnerpark and Böhnmische Viertel are around the corner as well as many supermarkets and food places. The S-Bahnhof Neukölln is 5 min by foot (Ringbahn and U7).
Der Zeitraum für die Zwischenmiete ist flexibel, d.h. 5 Monate sind auch fein für mich und wenn du länger bleiben willst, können wir da auch drüber sprechen. Es ist auch möglich erst später einzuziehen, also z.B, erst Mitte Februar. Da ich nach der Zwischenmiete aus der Wohnung ausziehen werde, könnte die Wohnung auch danach übernommen werden - sofern der Vermieter natürlich damit einverstanden wäre ;-).
Vielleicht noch kurz etwas zu mir: Ich bin 36 und würde mich als sehr umgänglichen, ruhigen Menschen beschreiben. Ich quatsche zwar mal gerne in der Küche, aber ziehe mich auch oft zurück und entspanne beim lesen oder Serien schauen;-). Am besten schreibst du mir auch etwas über dich und schickst mir einen Link zu einem Social-Media-Profil, dann kann ich mir ein besseres Bild von dir machen.
The time period is quite flexible. So you can also move in a bit later, stay only five months or we can talk about prolonging your stay. Also, as I will move out of the flat afterwards, it will be possible to take over the contract - in case the landlord agrees with our arrangement;-).
Now a little bit about myself: I am 36 years old and would describe myself as a very chilled out and quite person. As much as I enjoy a chat in the kitchen, I also really appreciate alone time in my room reading or watching series. It would be great if you could write a bit about yourself and sent me a link to a social media profile of yours, then I can get a better picture of you.
