Hey there! Leaving my beautiful room/apartment for 3 months (1st March - end of May) while I am on a sabbatical.

Massive 130m2 apartment. The bedroom available is fully furnished (XL double bed, desk & chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables x2) and is 23m2. There are 2 shared bathrooms (including bath and shower), and a living room/ kitchen. There are 2 big balconies east- & west-facing. I've lived here for 2.5 years and am sure you will fall in love with it like I have.

Our apartment is near Tempelhofer Feld (5 mins on bike/foot) / Hermannstrasse (<10 mins walk) S & U-Bahn, and is an altbau that's been renovated in recent years - everything is super modern and comfortable. The building is actually an old converted maternity hospital, with original features and huge windows/doors.

You'll be sharing with two lovely women, Beth & Willemijn, who are in their mid 20s and early 30s, English & Dutch. We're all working professionals who enjoy the best of Berlin at the weekends / and sometimes movies & meals during the weeks, so looking for someone with a similar lifestyle!

Viewings to take place first week in Feb - ideally you can come and see us in person. Only renting out for 3 full months, not less.

The rent is 900EUR warm, plus paying for our cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
