Hi everybody !
i will leave my beautiful room for 7 weeks so i propose it for sublet, the room is 15 square meter inside a nice appartment renovate style in the hyper center of berlin; you can join everything by walking as the biggest clubs; and good bars with a bike it's much more super easy to go everywhere, more pictures when we get in touch. There is several roomates with different activities principaly students.
There is 2 Bathrooms and WaschingMaschine, A hoven,... all accomodations. The room as the appartement is clean and have to be keep it.
I make no profit just the rent are expensive especially my neigbhoor as you can know about Berlin.
There is also internet include.
As it's a big flat with many flatmate it's very important to keep it clean.
Metro station : U8. Heinrich Heine Strass - Sbahn. Ostbanhof
The room is at 750$ the mounth warm rent that's mean with electricity and water with a 1000$ caution from 8 june to 27 july. the total is 1300 euros for 7 weeks that we can split in two of course but the caution is mandatory

the appartement is close to the Metro U bahn 8 Heinrich Heine strass, and also close to S bahn Ostbanhof too, there is a bus front of the house that bring easily to places. basically the appartment is in the right center of the city so everything is pretty much close for Berlin
Your roomates will be majorly students, people are nice and easy and i'm looking for the same type of person in priority to have a better felings but of course if you're open mind and you feel it's ok for you there is no obligation. The only rules to respect is to be clean and follow the cleaning schedule and respectful
The only mandatory is to be respectful of your roomate and be clean, make your cleanng duty with them. There is a lot of people so it go really really fast. Also this is my everyday room so please be respectful and take care of the stuff this is also for your caution
