Ich, Martina (she/her), 38, weiß, neurodivergent (ADHS), linksradikales Selbstverständnis (Öko-Anarchistin), ab April PoWi und Soziologie-Studentin (+ nebenher handwerklich selbstständig), queerfreundlich, suche eine vegane (vorzugsweise FLINTA*-)Person zum gemeinsamen Wohnen. Freundliche, offene und transparente Kommunikation, nicht "aneinander vorbei" zu leben ist mir wichtig.
Die Wohnung ist zwischen U Boddinstraße und U Leinestraße (U7) im ruhigen Hinterhaus gelegen, modernisiert und gut ausgestattet (Regendusche, Waschmaschine/Trockner-Kombi, Dampfgarer,...). Es gibt einen Putzplan und auf Sauberkeit wird Wert gelegt.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer: 14 qm mit großem Kastenfenster (super für Pflanzen) und einer 4,2 qm Plattform inkl. Leiter und dazugehörigen Möbeln (ein Bett, eine Couch, ein Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch).
Der Mietvertrag ist auf drei Monate befristet.
Im April wäre das dritte (Gäste-)Zimmer noch von meinem Partner bewohnt.
