The room is 20 sqm. It has a north window, but the living spaces have a south window, so a lot of light all day!
It has the furniture shown in the picture, but you can remove or bring any furniture you want. The other pictures are areas will share together.
It is in a very central location in Köpenick, there are all sorts of restaurants, bars, etc nearby. Within 10 mins of walking you will find the following:
- Köpenick's castle, old town and Rathaus
- Lidl, Rewe and Penny
- S Bahn Spindlersfeld, 3 lines of tram and 3 lines of buses
Since my roommate is moving back close to her parents, the room is free for you. You would be living with me, Foudil, a 25 y.o software engineer. I studied Medical Informatics near Bielefeld and I live in Berlin since a year and half now.
I work around half of the week from home, but on the weekends I'm often working as a volunteer teacher at a school, in Frankfurt Oder with my girlfriend, hiking, meeting with friends or hanging out with you! :').
I would like to create a WG where we both can feel home, so I am absolutely not interested in a Zweck-WG. Doing activities together or just having a chat over tea are very welcome from my side, but you can also have all the alone time you need, I would need that too sometimes.
Having a clean apartment is also something that is important for me. So, please only contact me if it's something that is important for you too (not just in theory).
