This lovely room features a private balcony overlooking a small park. The room has large windows and comes fully furnished with a double bed with basic bed linens and pull-out couch, desk, two chairs, large armoir and 4 tables. Previous tenants were a non-smoking couple and the room has no smell of former smoke. It is in a large WG, 6 bedrooms total and 220 sq meters. The large common room has a second balcony with patio furniture that catches the afternoon sun. Apartment has washer/dryer and dishwasher. Room will be free June 30 at the latest, or as early as June 15. Great for single or double occupancy. ~600euro/month, utilities incl (for one tenant; extra utility cost for two). Deposit is standard in Germany, 3x monthly rent.

Terrific neighborhood, in hip Kreuzberg but not the noisy districts. The flat is 5-10 minute walk from U6 and U7 lines with nearby bus stops as well. Wonderful restaurants of Bergmannstrasse are a short 2 minute walk. There is also a wonderful indoor market, Marheineke Markthalle, about 5 minutes by foot. Around the corner from Templehofer Feld (former airport, now an expansive park). Small street market on other side of the square on Saturday mornings. Very peaceful and central location.
Flatmates are in 20s and 30s from Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece and USA. Primary spoken language in the house is English but German, Spanish, Italian and French are heard often as well. We have a student, an artist, an architect, and a marketing facilitator. We do not share groceries, but we sometimes share meals. We have a large common room, so we sometimes watch movies together as well.
Apartment has a pantry, two refrigerators, a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. There is street parking and many tenants keep bicycles inside the locked building.
