It‘s fully furnished, a large double bed, chest of draws, a closet, sofa and other items.
All bills and other goodies are covered by the rent, TV, Internet, cleaning, furniture etc.
The flat has a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and so on.
The daylight bath has a really nice shower and a washing maschine/tumble drier.
One year contract with the option to extend.
Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig! Das Fraenkelufer liegt auf der Nordseite vom Landwehrkanal, mitten in Berlin.
Es gibt viele individuelle kleine Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants um die Ecke, sowie den Böcklerpark und die Admiralbrücke, die sehr beliebt ist.
Die nächsten U-Bahnstationen sind 7 Gehminuten entfernt (Kottbusser Tor U1/U3/U8, Prinzenstraße U1/U3).
The location is really unique! Fraenkelufer is little street, lined with lots of old buildings on the northern side of the Landwehr Canal. It’s surrounded by nice cafés, restaurants and individual little shops.
There is also the Böckler Park, direct in front of the house, and the famous admiral bridge.
Tube stations are Kottbusser Tor (U8/U1/U3) and Prinzenstrasse (U1/U3) - only 7 min walk.
Keine reine Zweck WG. Hoffe hier möglichst entspannte und kommunikative Leute kennenzulernen. Gute Kinderstube und Sauberkeit ist denk ich selbstverständlich ;)

Ich selber bin nur der Vermieter und wohne nicht mehr in Berlin, daher wird es erst mal einen Video Chat geben und falls es von meiner Seite passt würde ich das Treffen mit den anderen Mitbewohnern organisieren, wobei dann auch alles besichtigt werden kann. Die anderen Mitbewohner entscheiden dann.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten: Möbel, Strom, Gas, WLAN/GEZ. Auch eine Reinigung von Bad und Küche einmal pro Woche ist mit dabei.
Vermietungen sind nur befristet möglich.

I am just the landlord and not living in Berlin anymore. So I will organise a WhatsApp videochat and if it looks okay from my side I will introduce you to the flatmates and the flat of course and the others will make the final decision.
Everything is included in the rent! Furniture, bills like electricity, gas, internet, TV and a weekly cleaning of kitchen and bath.
