Hallo liebe Suchenden,
Wir vermieten ein Zimmer fuer mindestens 2 Monate maximum 5 Monate ab dem 01. Dezember.
Es ist ein kleines aber feines Haeuschen mit 1000 qm Grundstueck...also viel Platz! Im Garten stehen riesen Baeume, 3 Gewaechshaeuser, Gartenhaeusschen und noch ein paar mehr Sachen.
Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, verfuegt ueber zwei Heizkoerper und einen grossen Kachelofen, welchen wir auch immer nutzen. Aber man kriegt das Zimmer auch schnell und schoen warm mit den Heizungen. Die Kueche hat ein riesen Fenster zum Garten raus, in dem man die Voegel beobachten kann.
Das Haus steht genau gegenueber vom Kanal. Also manchmal schaut man aus dem Fenster und es faehrt grade ein Boot vorbei :)
Die naechste Busstation (Stelzenweg) ist ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die Linie X11 faehrt einen dann nach S-Schoeneweide oder U7 Johannistaler Chaussee.
Mit dem Fahrrad zur U8 Hermannstrasse (Neukoelln) faehrt man den ganzen Weg am Kanal entlang und braucht ca. 15 Minuten.
Die Autobahnabfahrt ist gleich um die Ecke und mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten an der Hermannstrasse.
Die Uni Adlershof ist ebenfalls mit dem Rad ca. 15 Minuten entfernt.
In dem Haus wohnen Melli (deutsch), Anna und Lian, der 4 Jahre alt ist. Alle sind super entspannt und jeder macht sein Ding, aber wir treffen uns immer mal zu nem spontanen gemeinsamen Essen oder auf einen Plausch mit Tee in der Kueche.
Es ist definitiv KEINE Party WG sondern ein entspanntes, respektvolles miteinander leben.

Hello everyone,
we are renting out a room in our nice and beautiful little house in Rudow for minimum two months and maximum 5 months starting from december first. In our huge garden there are big trees, greenhouses, little garden houses and some more things.
The room is in the ground floor of the house, its is furnished and it has two heaters and a big cockle stove which we use. Anyway the heaters are very good and the room warms up very quickly using the heaters.
From the big kitchen window you have has a nice view to the garden and as you are sitting in the kitchen table you can watch the birds.
The house is located just in front of the canal. So as you look through the window you might see a boat passing by :)
The next busstation (its called Stelzenweg) is ca.5 minutes walking distance. The line X11 takes you within 7 minues to the S Bahn Schoeneweide or U7 Johannistaler Chaussee.
By bike you go just by the canal and get in 15 minutes to Neukoelln (Hermannstrasse).
The highway is just around the corner and by car you get in five minutes to Neukoelln. The University of Adlershof is about 15 minutes by bike.
In the house are living Melli, Anna and Lian who is a four year old little boy.
Everybody is super relaxed and in to their stuff. But we always meet for a spontaneous common meals or a little chat with a tea in the kitchen.
It is definitly NOT a Party house but a realexed, respectful living together.
