The Richardplatz area is super nice. You have a very quaint and quiet neighbourhood with lots of good caffes and restaurants. But you're also 2 minutes away from the busy KarlMArx strasse for literally anything else. So the best of both worlds. You have 3 supermarkets within 5 minute walkingdistance. 5 minute walk to Ringbahn + U7 Neukoln station.
You'll be sharing the flat with my one housemate for one week, and 2 for the second week. Both are super chilled out and kind people who will make you feel welcome. They love the outdoors, cooking, climbing, yoga and board games. Of course you are free to do to do your own thing too.
There is a very cute cat in the appartment so you will have to be comfortable with that, and I will also ask you to take care of her and make sure she's fed properly during the day. Someone else will also be coming around to make sure she's okay.
