Ich bin eine 27-jährige Studentin und suche Person, die für einen Monat, vom 1. Februar bis zum 28. Februar (oder alternativ bis zum 21.) Bei mir zur Untermiete wohnen möchte. Es gäbe leider keine Möglichkeit länger in der Wohnung zu bleiben und ihr könnt euch auch nicht offiziell hier anmelden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Gegend in Zehlendorf und das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß. In dem Zimmer sind ein paar einfache Möbelstücke vorhanden, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen (Matratze, Kleiderstange, Stuhl und Tisch). Die Miete für den vollen Monat beträgt 378,25€ und müsste Anfang Februar überwiesen werden. In diesem Preis sind Strom und Internet inbegriffen, es gibt keine weiteren Kosten. :)

I'm a student in my late 20s looking for a roommate to sublet to for 1 month, starting February 1st until February 28th (or alternatively until the 21st). There will unfortunately be no opportunity to rent long-term or to get an Anmeldung. The Apartment is in a quiet area in Zehlendorf with lot's of greenery around. The Room is 12 square meters and has some basic furniture as seen in the picture (mattress, clothing rack, small desk and chair). Rent for the month is 378,25 (if rented for the full month) and needs to be payed at the beginning of the month. This includes electricity and internet, there are no additional costs. :)
Looking for someone clean and not into throwing house parties. LGBTQ+ friendly, no racism or any other form of bigotry will be tolerated.
