We are now looking for a new flatmate, officially from the beginning of May but moving in at the end of March is also possible.
The room itself is around 16 m3, facing West, lots of natural light. It comes with a wardrobe, desk and bed. The rest of the WG is furnished. I can send over additional photos of the room.
The closest S-Bahn station is S Biesdorf. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a tram stop (M8 and 18) a 10 minute walk away.
Shopping options include Rewe (4 minutes), Lidl, Netto (10 minutes).
We also have a huge interior courtyard with greenery, BBQ, table tennis, etc.
The cohabiting situation in our WG has been very easy going and friendly until now, so continuing that is of the highest priority. We should be able to have a chat from time to time, have our own friends over, host dinner parties, be flexible etc. but also realise that we are not living on our own and have to keep quiet sometimes. Basically the philosophy until now has been "tell me if you have a problem with something and we will talk it out".
Just write me a few sentences about yourself and we will see if we can live together without getting on each other's nerves. The pefect flatmate would be as open-minded and easy-going as possible. Being vegan/vegetarian wouldn't hurt either :).
You have to be an enrolled student at a Berlin university and make a registration with STW Berlin.
