das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Kleiderschrank) 24 m2 und im Sommer Licht durchflutet. Die WG hat schon alles was man so braucht, also Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc. und wurde vor zwei Jahren renoviert und hat daher ein sehr schönes Bad und Küche. Der Mietpreis von 650 Euro beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten also auch Internet, Strom und alles weitere.
Die Mädels sind beide zwischen 24 und 25 Jahre alt und entspannt, aber dadurch dass wir alle einen unterschiedlichen Tagesrhythmus und Zeitplan hatten, war es schwierig zusammen was zu unternehmen, aber sie wären auf jeden Fall offen dafür.
Ich ziehe aus Berlin kurzfristig weg und daher wäre der neue Einzugstermin schon am 15.12.2023.
Das eine Bild ist noch von bevor ich eingezogen bin und daher schlechtere Qualität und das mit dem Bett ist wie es gerade aussieht.
Mein Vermieter möchte dass es eine reine Frauen-WG bleibt.
The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. It is 24 square meters with a big window and lots of space. In general the shared apartment has everything one needs such as a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. and was renovated two years ago and therefore has a beautiful modern bathroom and kitchen. The rent (650 Euros) includes all utilities, including internet, electricity and everything else.
My landlord is only looking for women that do not smoke!
I am spontaneously moving out of Berlin due to a job opportunity and the move in date would already be the 15th of December.

Die WG ist nur 6 Minuten vom Ku'damm entfernt und eine Minute vom Thai-Park. Es sind 5 Minuten jeweils zum Fehrbelliner Platz und zur Konstanzer Straße. In der Nähe gibt es einen Netto, REWE, Rossmann und Bio Markt.
Es wird eine Nicht-Raucherin gesucht.
