Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 4 Monaten, bis August 2024. Verlängerung ist aber möglich, sogar erwünscht, falls alles gut funktioniert. In der Zwischenzeit werde ich meine Sachen von der Wohnung komplett wegräumen (die meisten Möbel aber bleiben sowieso)
The contract has a term of 4 months, until August 2024. An extension is possible, even desirable, if everything works well. In the meantime, I will clear away all of my things from the apartment (but most of the furniture will stay anyway)
