Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,
in meiner Zweiraumwohnung wird demnächst ein Zimmer frei. Es ist voll möbliert, mit Parket ausgelegt und mit dem ausgestattet, was man so zum Leben braucht. Es gibt eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld-Platte und diverse Kochutensilien. Natürlich kannst du auch weiteres Mobiliar mitbringen oder ergänzen, ansonsten ist aber alles da.
Ich arbeite im Theater- und Filmbereich und werde öfter auch mal unterwegs sein. Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass eine entspannte, freundliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung herrscht, wo jede*r sein Ding machen kann, wir aber trotzdem zusammen etwas unternehmen, kochen etc. können.
Die Wohnung sollte immer sauber sein und es dürfen keine Partys veranstaltet oder laute Musik etc. abgespielt werden. Also Afterpartys usw. sind eher ein No-Go. Das heißt natürlich nicht, dass nicht auch mal Freunde zu Besuch sein dürfen (-;
Das Zimmer ist erst mal befristet und kann, wenn alles gut läuft, auch verlängert werden.

Hello dear room seekers,
A room will soon be available in my two-room apartment. It is fully furnished, has parquet flooring and is equipped with everything you need for living. There is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and various cooking utensils. Of course, you can also bring or add other furniture, but otherwise everything is there.
I work in the theater and film industry and will often be on the road. It is very important to me that there is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the apartment, where everyone can do their own thing, but we can still do things together, cook, etc.
The apartment should always be clean and no parties or loud music etc. should be played. So after-parties etc. are a no-go. Of course, this does not mean that friends are not allowed to visit (-;
The room is temporary and can be extended if everything goes well.
