The Room is very small, but i have been living in it for almost 5 years now and it's worth it for me :D
It has a bunk bed that supports a 140x200 mattress. if you want you can use my mattress, desk etc.
I will clear out my clothes and belongings so you can use my Desk and shelves.
Its perfect. you can reach the S41/42 in 2 minutes, the U2 in 5 minutes and the Busses X34 and M49 in 2 Minutes.
You are right next to the Lietzensee which is a beautiful Park.
The neighborhood is very quiet and calm.
My roommate has his room next to the Autobahn and trainstation but your room is on the other side so you don't hear anything.
You are gonna live with a nice couple. The man is very eager to talk and both are super kind. They like to cook and sometimes might share their food with you.
Even though the room is quite small the entire apartment is quite big. And we have a kind of livingroom with a sofa that you can use.
With my ethernet cable i get 57Mbps down and 11 up.
