Vorteile an dem Zimmer:
- zwei super nette Mitbewohner (Fabi und Andi, sehr zu empfehlen)
- Pflanzenpflegedienst und ggf. Zimmergemachte Radieschen
- Fahrradbenutzung
- zentral (nächste Station: Savignyplatz)
- WG-Beamer und WG Doku/Filmabende
Nachteile an dem Zimmer:
- Berliner Mieten (485 Euro/Monat)
- nur kurz
Aber doch noch ein Vorteil:
- wir können gemeinsam schauen wie das mit der Miete und den Daten passt, ich bin da etwas flexibel :)

Dado que mi habitación estará desocupada en agosto, estoy buscando a una persona amable para llenar este vacío.
Ventajas de la habitación:

- Servicio de cuidado de plantas y posiblemente rábanos cultivados en casa
- Uso de bicicleta
- Ubicación céntrica (estación más cercana: Savignyplatz)
- Proyector compartido para noches de películas y documentales
Desventajas de la habitación:
- Alquiler en Berlín (585 euros/mes)
- Solo por un corto período
Pero aún así, una ventaja:
- Podemos discutir y ser flexibles con el alquiler y las fechas :)
