Da ich zum 1.3 mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, wird mein WG-Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat 34qm2, ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hat ein großes Fenster zum Hinterhof und 4m hohe Altbaudecken.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Küche, ein Bad und ein schöner großer Balkon, der vormittags die Sonne abbekommt und zur Bleibtreustraße hinausragt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Bleibtreustraße und ist somit 2min vom Savignyplatz entfernt und 3min von der S-Bahnstation entfernt.
Viele gute Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen wie der legendäre Zwiebelfisch sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Der Hauptmieter und mein Mitbewohner wohnt seit 15 Jahren in der Wohnung in diversen Konstellationen. Dadurch dass er selbstständig einen Fahrradladen betreibt, ist er tagsüber oft erst ab 21 Uhr und später zu Hause, so dass Du die Wohnung oft für dich alleine hast.
Ansonsten ist das Zusammenleben super entspannt gewesen und man konnte sich in ruhigen Minuten auch gut unterhalten.
Bei Interesse würde ich das graue Sofa und die Matratze, beide erst wenige Monate alt, noch verkaufen.
