Ich verreise über den Sommer und möchte mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum untervermieten.
Da ich meine Sachen dort lasse (ein Viertel eines großen Kleiderschranks + eine Kommode sind von mir belegt, es ist aber wirklich genug Platz für deine Sachen), ist es mir wichtig, dass eine ordentliche und zuverlässige, kommunikative Person einzieht.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zur Straße raus, ist aber ausgesprochen ruhig. Es ist komplett möbliert, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind auch vorhanden. Du musst nur deine Kleidung mitbringen :)

Since I am leaving my belongings there (a quarter of a large wardrobe and a dresser are occupied by my things, but there is really enough space for your stuff), it is important to me that a tidy, reliable, and communicative person moves in.
The room has a window facing the street, but it is very quiet. It is fully furnished, and towels and bedding are also provided. You only need to bring your clothes :)
Aus dem Fenster sieht man die U+S Jungfernheide, in 5 Minuten ist man mit der Regionalbahn am HBF.

Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Sophie, sie arbeitet in der IT, und ist sehr ruhig und kocht gerne chinesisch.
Die WG ist absolut kein Ort zum Partymachen sondern eindeutig Rückzugsort.
Es gibt einen Putzplan im wöchentlichen Wechsel (saugen/fegen, wischen), Details könnt ihr natürlich zu zweit besprechen.

There is a cleaning schedule that alternates weekly (vacuuming/sweeping, mopping), and of course you can discuss details you want to change together.
Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du weiblich bist und irgendeine Art von bestehendem Beschäftigungsvertrag hast um für ein paar Monate nach Berlin zu kommen (Praktikum, Internship, Traineeship, Erasmus... ).
Eine Haftpflichtversicherung sowie eine Meldeadresse in Deutschland wären auch gut.
