Hi there,
are you planning to come to Berlin and need more time to find an accomodation? or are you just visiting the city for a couple of months and need a place to stay?.
My name is Nadine, originally born in the south of "Berlin Neukölln" I ended up in Charlottenburg 7 years ago and i love it! i'm 25 years old and student at the Technical University Berlin. From mid february I'm seeking a flatmate in my wonderful flat in the centre of Berlin. The 16 m² room is fully furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, phone (flatrate to all german landline numbers) and tv. Youll also have WIFI in your room. (everything is included in the rent - 405€ per month)
The flat is located near the train station "Savignyplatz" (4th level, rear building - so no street noise) with walking distance to Zoologischer Garten, Kurfürstendamm, Technical Uni or Wilmersdorfer Straße (which is a big shopping street).
i would say im a laid back friendly person with a big heart. i can enjoy the smallest things such as nice weather, a good coffee, the smile of a tourist which you told the right way..sounds kitschy? oh yes it is! :-D! and its great^^
on the other hand im a very "hard working" chemistry student ;-) planning to finish my masters in the next couple of months. My time outside the lab I love to spend with my friends, watching and doing some sports, driving my motorbike and: travelling!!!
I'm always happy to help you out with anything or show you around the city if i have the time.
You will have two other flatmates: me and my lovely fluffy cat so it might be good if you dont have an aversion to pets ;)
