Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes suche ich einen Zwischenmieter.
Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß, hat einen Balkon und ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Sessel und Bücherregal.
Die renovierte Altbauwohnung ist sehr schön, mit Parkett, hohen Decken und warmen, lebendigen Farben. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung (gilt auch für den Balkon)
U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min zu Fuß
S Charlottenburg: 5 min
Zum Joggen: Schlosspark Charlottenburg (nur 1 km entfernt).
Einkaufen & Shoppen: Fußgängerzone (Wilmersdorferstr.) mit Supermärkten und allen möglichen Geschäften und Klein-Restaurants um die Ecke.
Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man auch spät nachts unbesorgt heimkommen kann.
Mitbewohner:
- eine Italienerin (29, Klassische Philologin), die ihr Sabbatical hier macht
- ein Italiener (28), der seinen PhD in theoretischer Physik macht und Vollzeit an der Uni arbeitet (spricht nur Englisch & Italienisch)
Beide sind unglaublich nett und sehr rücksichtsvoll.
Es ist eine internationale WG für Berufstätige (keine Party-WG), wo man zwar unabhängig lebt, aber man sich freut, den anderen zu sehen und es Spaß macht, zusammen zu plaudern. Außerdem mögen wir es, wenn die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich ist ;-)

Due to a stay abroad, I'm subletting my room.
Looking for: young professional/intern/PhD student (not working from home).
The room for rent is 20 m2, has a balcony and is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an armchair and a shelf (see picture).
The flat is a beautiful, renovated "Altbauwohnung" with typical high ceilings, parquet and warm, vivid colours.
It is fully equipped, so that you should find everything that you need.

U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min
S Charlottenburg (-> Potsdam, Alexanderplatz): 5 min by bike
The Castle Charlottenburg with its park is close by (1 km) and perfect for jogging. There is also a pedestrian shopping area (Wilmersdorfer Str.) within 5 min by foot. There are several supermarkets, small restaurants etc. around.
The zone is very safe, so that you can walk around at late night without any danger.
Flatmates:
2 incredibly nice Italians (not related between each other):
- (f, 29): she has a master in Classics and is doing her Sabbatical here (with some research projects)
- (m, 28): he is doing his PhD in Theoretical Physics and is working full-time at university. He speaks only English & Italian.
Both are educated, responsible, helpful, gentle, calm, and very clean and tidy.
The atmosphere at home is independent, friendly, warm-hearted; we like to chat and to listen to each other.
