I am looking for someone to take over my room as I'm moving out of the apartment! I'm looking for women only (sorry!) and the room is free from 1st May on, so I'm looking for someone ASAP! :)
I am moving out with a friend elsewhere in Berlin and you would be sharing the flat with its tenant, Sandra. She is a really nice and active croatian woman and speaks german and a little bit of english.
Rent is 500 € and caution is 400€. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and bookcase. There's a dishwasher and a laundry machine in the apartment as well.
So if you are a nice, tidy, non-smoker woman, this might be the place you're looking for!

Ich suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt, da ich ausziehen werde. Ich suche ausschließlich weibliche Interessenten (sorry) Und das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Mai frei, also am besten so schnell wie möglich! :)
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Sandra teilen. Sie ist eine wirklich nette und unternehmungslustige Kroatin und spricht deutsch und ein bisschen Englisch.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 60m2 im 1. Stock, gemütlich und gut gelegen in Charlottenburg, direkt neben der UBahn und der SBahn (Haltestelle Charlottenburg) und man kann in 15min am Alexanderplatz sein. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Friseure etc. in der Gegend. Alles, was man braucht, ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Nachbarschaft ist friedlich, wirklich nett und sicher.
Es gibt einen kleinen gemeinsamen Garten im Hof und das einzige, was man hören kann, sind normalerweise Vögel, die tagsüber zwitschern. :) Es gibt auch Parks und Orte in der Nähe für Spaziergänge im Sonnenschein.
Die Miete beträgt 500 € warm und Kaution 400 €.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem bequemen Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Bücherregal ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Also, wenn du eine nette, ordentliche, Nichtraucher-Frau bist, könnte dies das Angebot sein, das du suchst.

The flat is about 60m2, cosy and well situated in Charlottenburg, right next to the UBahn (deutsche Oper and Wilmersdorf Straße) and SBahn (Charlottenburg) and you can be in Alexanderplatz in 15min. There are plenty of shops and stores, restaurants, hairdressers etc around. Pretty much all you need is easily reachable on foot!
The neighborhood is peaceful, really nice and safe.
There's a small shared garden in the courtyard and all you can hear are usually birds singing during the day. :)There are also parks and places to visit nearby if you like going out for walks in the sun!
