In unserer 3er-WG wird vom 15.5. ein gemütliches und gepflegtes ca. 10 m² großes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Couch, Schränke, Lampe, Schreibtisch, Kleiderständer).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 65m² groß und liegt am wunderschönen Lietzensee in Charlottenburg.

I will rent middle sized, bright room with 12 sqm, with furnitures (comfortable couch, wardrobe, lamp, desk, clothes rack) in our beautiful and open WG from the 14.02.2022
The rent is 500 euros, there's also a deposit of 250 euros that you'll get back when you'll move out.
The apartment has all facilities and a comfortable space to have a nice time in Berlin. It is 65qm in total.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and other fancy cooking appliances. ☺️
Lage
Wir wohnen in der Dernburgstraße, Bezirk Charlottenburg, in der Nähe von S+Bus Messe Nord/ICC (Ringbahn, 6 Minuten zu Fuß) Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof (7 Minuten), U Kaiserdamm (U2, 10 Minuten zu Fuß), Stadtring. Die Verbindung ist also perfet! TU Berlin ist mit dem Fahrrad gut und schnell (13 Minuten) erreichbar.
In der Nähe (100m) gibt es einen wunderschönen Park + Lietzensee, Späti, Edeka, Apotheke, Berliner Funkturm, 2 Dönerladen, Lidl, Netto. Du brauchst auch nicht lange um Schloß Charlottenburg von hier zu erreichen!
It is a perfect point in the near from many public transports, 6 min direct to the S-Bus Messe Nord / ICC (Ringbahn). From there your arrive most of places in Berlin. Bus Central station is also 6 min by foot. Of course, you find many alternatives to supermarkets and the famous Ku'damm if you want to go shopping.
Deine potenzielle Mitbewohner sind Leon and Natalia.
Leon studiert Kulturwissenschaft und Philosophie und ich Zahnmedizin.
Unter der Woche ist jeder eher mit eigenem Ding beschäftigt, wir mögen uns aber trotzdem ab und zu in der Küche setzen und ein bisschen quatschen, unternehmen auch manchmal was (Comedy Show, Kino) :)
Was das Putzen angeht, jeder räumt eigenen Dreck auf. Haare in der Badewanne, klebrige Türgriffe, verdorbenes Essen im Kühlschrank kommt gar nicht in Frage - das ist aber selbstverständlich, oder? ;)) Damit das Putzen glatt geht, können wir auch einen Putzplan erstellen ( easy, es gibt drei gemeinsame Räume und jeder räumt einen davon auf - jede Woche wechseln wir den Raum)
Your potentially roomies are Andrei and Natalia. Andrei does his PhD and Natalia studies dentistry in her last semester. During the week we are rather busy, but we like to talk while cooking, spend some time after work or go to the cinema or comedy show together .
As for cleaning, everyone cleans up their own mess. Hair in the bathtub, sticky door handles, spoiled food in the fridge is out of the question - but that goes without saying, right? ;)) So that the cleaning goes smoothly, we can also create a cleaning plan (easy, there are three shared rooms and everyone cleans one of them - each of us cleans different room every week)
