Das Zimmer ist 22 m2, hat hohe Decken und Holzfußboden. Wegen den großen Fenstern und Balkon zur Südseite ist das Zimmer sehr hell und empfängt fast den ganzen Tag Sonne (im Sommer natürlich;) ) Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank bleiben.
The room is 22 m2. It has high ceilings and wooden floor. Because of the large windows and balcony, the room is very bright. The room will be rent with all the furniture in the picture.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung befinden sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Das Schloss Charlottenburg ist 5 Minuten entfernt und das Spreeufer 2 Minuten (dort kann man gut joggen und spazieren gehen). Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe 3 min entfernt, Edeka 5 min entfernt). In der Wilmersdorfer Str. gibt es unterschiedliche Restaurants und Imbisse. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut vernetzt: Die U-Bahn Richard Wagner Platz (U7) befindet sich 5 min entfernt, der Bus M45 Richtung Zoologischer Garten auch 5 Minuten entfernt, damit ist man in 9 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten. Bis zur Ringbahn fährt man mit dem Bus oder Rad nur 6 Minuten und am Ende der Straße ist die Haltestelle des Busses 109 Richtung Ku'damm.
The room and the apartment are in a rather quiet location. The Charlottenburg Palace is 5 minutes away and the river 2. There are numerous shopping facilities (Rewe 3 min away, Edeka 5 min away). In the wilmersdorfer Str. are many restaurant options. The apartment is also very well connected: The subway station Richard Wagner Platz (U7) is 5 minutes away, the bus M45 direction Zoologischer Garten also 5 minutes away. It takes only 6 minutes by bus to get to the Ringbahn and at the end of the street is the stop of bus 109 direction Ku'damm.
Liebe WG Sucher*Innen,
Für drei Monate werde ich außerhalb Berlins ein Erasmussemester machen. Deshalb suchen wir in meiner 2er WG jemanden für diese Zeit. Seit zwei Jahren wohne ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Dani zusammen und haben ein schönes und entspanntes Leben in der WG entwickelt. Wir machen gerne etwas zusammen, wie zum Beispiel kochen, einen Film schauen oder einfach nur einen Wein in der Küche trinken und quatschen. Im Sommer zum Beispiel sitzen wir meist an der Spree oder auf dem Balkon oder gehen in eine Bar auf einen Drink. Ansonsten wird das Leben zur zweit in einer WG sehr spontan gelebt und gelegentlich hat einer von uns Pläne mit Freund*innen und wir treffen uns vielleicht am nächsten Tag zum brunchen. Das sind einige Beispiele dafür, wie wir das Leben in der WG gemeinsam leben :)

Dear WG seekers,
I will be spending an Erasmus semester outside Berlin for about three months. That's why we're looking for someone in my shared flat for this time. I have been living with my flatmate Dani for two years and have developed a nice and relaxed life in the flat share. We enjoy doing things together, such as cooking, watching a movie or just drinking wine in the kitchen and chatting. In summer, for example, we usually sit by the Spree or on the balcony or go to a bar for a drink. Otherwise, life as a couple in a shared flat is very spontaneous and occasionally one of us has plans with friends and we might meet up for brunch the next day. These are just a few examples of how we live life together in a shared flat :)
