Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in einer 5er Mädchen WG.

Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, hat 3 Meter hohe Decken und voll möbliert. Das Zimmer hat folgende Ausstattung:
- Schreibtisch
- Kleiderschrank
- Kommode
- Bücherregal
- Bett
- Bettwäsche, Decke, Kissen, Handtücher
- Ganzkörper- und Schminkspiegel
- Wäscheleine
Es ist alles vorhanden, sodass du nichts mehr besorgen musst.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Fernseher, wo alle Mädels zusammenkommen. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind auch vorhanden.
Bitte keine Haustiere.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Eine schnelle Internetleitung sorgt für ein optimales arbeiten, surfen oder einfach nur zum pflegen sozialer Kontakte.

Die Lage: sehr zentral gelegen, unmittelbar am S-Bahnhof Friedenau mit direkter Verbindung zur Yorckstr, zum Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstr. Und Gesundbrunnen. Fußläufig ist die Einkaufsmeile Schlossstraße zu erreichen. Auch ist die Hauptstraße nicht weit, wo sich viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés befinden. Es gibt einen Bus (M48) der direkt zur FU Berlin fährt. Die HWR ist nur 1,9 km entfernt, daher mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar.

Wir suchen insgesamt 3 Mädchen aus aller Welt, die angenehme Mitbewohner bei einer familiären Atmosphäre schätzen. Wir sind Gemma, 25 Jahre alt aus Italien und Nicole, 21 Jahre alt aus den Philippinen und suchen Mädchen, die gerne gemeinsam und harmonisch zusammenleben. Wir sind keine Party WG, sondern suchen Mitbewohnerinnen, die ein gemeinsames freundschaftliches Zu Hause suchen.

Das Zimmer kostet 650€ inklusive, Strom, Wasser, Internet, Gas und Hausgeld. Heizkosten sind nicht inklusive. Wir bevorzugen eine Mindestmietdauer von 6 Monaten, jedoch ist eine kürzere Mietdauer nach Absprache auch möglich.

Room for rent with 4 other girls in Schöneberg (very central) – Anmeldung is possible

We have 3 rooms for rent in a flat with 5 girls in total (females only). The whole flat is 115 square meters big and very cozy.

The size of the room is 15 square meters and fully furnished.

The room has following facilities:
- Desk
- Wardrobe
- Dresser
- Bookshelf
- Bed
- Bedding, Blanket, Pillow, Towels
- Mirror
- Clothes Line

There is a fully furnished eat-in kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, a refrigerator, a TV. Also included is an electric iron and an ironing board. No pets please.
The bath room is equipped with a bath tub. There is a fast Internet connection, so that you are able to study or chat with family and friends.

The location is in central Berlin. The train station S-Friedenau is only 3 minutes away. This train has a direct connection to Yorckstr, to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstr and Gesundbrunnen. The famous shopping street Schloßstraße is within a walking distance. Hauptstraße is also not far, there you can find many different bars, restaurants and cafés. The Bus M48 gets you directly tot he Free University. The Berlin School of Economics and Law is only 1,9 km away, which will take you only a few minutes by bike.

We are looking for 3 tidy, funny and responsible girls from all over the world, in order to create a cosy family atmosphere. We are Gemma 25 years old, from Italy and Nicole, 21 years old from the Philippines. We would like to find friends to live in a home with respect, fun and harmony.

The price for the room is 650€, which includes all utilities, except heating. We prefer a stay for at least 6 months, but we can talk in exceptional cases about other options.
