Das Altbau-Zimmer ist sonnig und dadurch sehr hell, hat hohe Decken und eine Gesamtgröße von ca. 16m^2. Das Zimmer geht zu einem Innenhof raus und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, da mein jetziger Mitbewohner samt Inneneinrichtung auszieht.
The old building room is sunny and therefore very bright, has high ceilings and a total size of approx. 16m^2. The room faces an inner courtyard and is therefore quiet. The room is not furnished because my current roommate is moving out with the interior.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Friedrich-Wilhelm Platz und ist dadurch super ans ÖPNV angebunden. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine U-Bahn Station, mehrere Bushaltestellen und die Ringbahn in 10 minütiger Laufdistanz. Mit der U9 bzw. der S41/42 kommst du super schnell eigentlich über all hin.
The apartment is located directly on Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz and is therefore well connected to public transport. There is a subway station right in front of the door, several bus stops and the Ringbahn can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. With the U9 or the S41/42 you can actually get anywhere very quickly.
Ich bin 25 Jahre, männlich und in den letzten Zügen meines Masterstudiums. Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Mensch, der die Privatsphäre anderer Menschen sehr achtet. Dennoch freue ich mich genauso über gemeinsame Kochabende, ein Bier zusammen in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon und auch über das ein oder andere Feierwochenende.
I'm 25 years old, male and in the final stages of my master's degree. I'm a rather quiet person who respects other people's privacy very much. I am happy about cooking evenings together, a beer together in the kitchen or on the balcony and also about one or the other celebration weekend.
