One room available for a short term 3-4 months. The room has a high bed and is better suitable for an exchange student or a young person who needs a temporary stay. Preferably a female. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The last month`s rent can be paid from the deposit of €800 plus any additional operational costs that might incur. No registration will be offered for this short term please! Location ideal - 10-15 minutes with the bus or train/U-bahn to any central destination. Bus stop, train station/S-bahn/U-bahn are 3-5 minutes walk from the flat. Supermarkets, banks, Steglitz and Forum shopping centres are also 3-5 minutes walk.
NO COUPLES! NO SMOKING! NO ANIMALS! Thanks.
A total of 2-3 persons will be sharing the vacilities. Preferably no online schooling nor online jobs please.

Kurzfristiges Zimmer für 3-4 Monate. Das Zimmer zu vermieten hat ein Hochbett und eignet sich besser für einen Austauschschüler oder einen Jugendlichen, der einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt benötigt. Am liebsten eine Frau/female flatmate. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die letzte Monatsmiete kann aus der Ka.ution von €800 bezahlt werden und other mögliche Betrieb kosten. Für diesen kurzfristigen wohnen wird bitte keine Anmeldung angeboten! Lage ideal - 10-15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Zug/U-Bahn zu jedem zentralen Ziel. Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof/S-Bahn/U-Bahn sind 3-5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Supermärkte, Banken, Einkaufszentren Steglitz und Forum sind ebenfalls in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
KEINE PAARE! RAUCHEN VERBOTEN! KEIN HAUSTIER! Danke.
Insgesamt werden sich zwei - drei Personen die Räume teilen.
