The appartment ist totally new, we were the first to move in last year. It's situated on the last (5.) floor - with elevator - and really bright.
It is 91m² and have also a big terrasse, perfect to enjoy the sunny times upcoming. The appartment is totally - and lovely- furnished, with an all-included kitchen with dishwasher.
There is 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub, and a washing maschine.
The room itself is about 11m². It is now empty, since I brought my furnitures with me in my new apartment.
There is also a private cellar, and a bicycle parking in the building.
The apartment is situated just next to the Tierpark (we see it from the terrasse), in a quiet area. The tram (M17, 27) is 4 min away by foot, the U5 station Friedrichsfelde 10 min away.
There is a big Rewe and a big Rossmann 5 min away, as well as a backery, pharmacies etc.
You will live with Stefan, 30. He's German and living in Berlin for a while and works at KPMG. He also speaks fluently english.
We used to eat together from time to time on evenings, as well as going to the boulder gym with friends. We also had some really nice grill sessions on the terrasse last summer.
He's quiet chill, but he likes the apartment to be tidy and clean.
The rent is about 735e a month, all included. The room is already free, so the soonest I can find someone, the better.
