Hello we are Elisabetta and Philipp,
We would like to give our beautiful and bright flat into loving hands. We are looking for a person who will treat our home with respect and take care of our plants. The 50m/2 flat is light and airy, there is a green communal terrace that can be used and also the beautiful courtyard invites you to linger. In the neighbourly networked house, we greet each other and look out for each other.
Important Note: There's a communal W-LAN available in the kitchen. The connection is fine for usual use, including private video calls, listening music and so on. No W-LAN in the living room, but a couple of books instead if you're in need.
Central and close to anything you might need for a pleasent time!
2 min. to subway station of Samariterstraße
10 min. to s-bahn station Frankfurter Allee
Organic- and other supermarkets are just outside the door.
Nice cafes, bars, yoga studios and nightlife in walking distance of less then 10 min.
Me, Philipp will continue to live in our studio on the ground floor of the same house and will use the bathroom twice a week to do the laundry. We can organise the timings beforehand. Otherwise you have the whole flat to yourself! I would be happy to show you around in the city I was born and are open to questions/ help if needed.
We're living vegan/ vegetarian and would much appreciate not using the kitchen to prepare meat.
