Furnished room with bed, desk, closet, sofa chair. The room is at the road side, with the morning sun. It’s very light.
Very central location. Less than 10 minutes to Mehringdamm, less than 10 mins to Potsdamer Platz and also Alexanderplatz. Less than 10 mins to Kottbusser tor. Right by the canal. Supermarket, cafes, bakery, park, doctors, pharmacy etc close by. It’s a quieter part of Kreuzberg yet still close to everything lively.
Looking for someone chill, clean and responsible. I’m open to having a wine or dinner together sometime, but am also quite busy doing my own thing and then just relaxing when I’m home. I’ve had both social and functional setups with flatmates.
Big kitchen with everything needed for cooking if you’re into that. Bathroom with a shower and bathtub. I can send you photos once you message me.
I’m looking for someone who works outside the flat most of the week - so if you work from home all week, it won’t be a fit.
No couples and unfortunately no pets.
I’m also strictly looking for someone who is at least 28 years old. I know it doesn’t hurt to ask, but it’s not something i’m going to be compromise on - sorry!
