Hi everyone!
We are looking for a new kind and coherent and if possible vegan / vegetarian FLINTA flatmate who can move in on the 1st of June. We will trial live together for three months and if we all feel comfortable you can gladly stay longterm.
You could gladly come soon to check out the flat.
The flat is on Kottbusser Damm, right next to Hermannplatz. The room is comfy, bright and cozy . There is a deposit of 819,00€ that you get back once you move out). We would like to live with people that are very open, accepting, positive and relaxed. We still like to clean though. Please don't get in touch with us if you're homophobic, racist, sexist or in general against any minority. Please write a few sentences about yourself: What defines you?
We are creative in different ways and we like to spend time alone as much as we like to spend it in good company. The neighbourhood is a lot of fun and there is a lot of amazing places to go to! Please write me and you can come over sometime this week if possible!
The furniture is different than in the ad, but the room is still furnished.
The infrastructure around here does its name full justice! We are close to the Hermannplatz metro station and the Metro 8 and 7 are just in front of our house! There's also a lot of buses around! I absolutely love this hood and I couldn't imagine living elsewhere in Berlin!
We live to keep things clean, sometimes we hang out together, sometimes we don't- it's important that everyone feels free to do what they feel like without the sense of any judgement. it's important for us to find someone the perfect mix of social and quiet!
We clean on Sunday/ Monday and we would love to participate in the cleaning activities, as we like living in a clean environment, so this is very important to us!
Please don't get in touch if you absolutely hate cleaning, as we will have issues over this. Please spare us the struggle and look for a flat where cleaning is not a priority!
Update Dec 2022: We have received several invoices we have to pay back for the flat of gas, electricity and Betriebskosten and as the costs are around 1.100 Euros the utility costs for the flat will go up from January on.
