I am moving into a new flat with my best friend which is why I am renting my pretty little room out very last minute:)
The room is one of the biggest in the flat share. We have a big kitchen that we hang out in and two bathrooms for the five of us.
The room you would be living is between 11-13 square meters but I never concretely measured it.
The cut is rather long than wide which leaves the impression of a bigger space and makes it easy to arrange your stuff in.
It will come with no furniture in it :)
The large windows will let sun in whenever it shines that makes the room really bright and beautiful to live in.
You have a bus line right in front of your window and the U8 in walking distance.
Its on Reichenbergerstraße right in between Görlitzer Park and Maybachufer.
Spätis, Supermarkets, Cafes and Restaurants all around :)
You will live with 4 other roommates.
Mathilde and Adam are from Denmark, Guiseppe is Italian and Cormac who's Irish. They're all funny outgoing people and good to talk to.
Everyone is in their mid twenties and working in bars/cafes/music business at the moment. So no week is like the other and everyone is basically free to do whatever they want. When it does get louder in times that are inconvenient for other roommates everyone is considerate and respectful when u ask them to their their music down ;)
