Das Zimmer zeigt zum Hinterhof und schließt an unser Wohnzimmer an. Es ist mit einer Tageslichtlampe ausgestattet, sodass auch im Winter genügend Licht bekommt. Ein paar Pflänzchen müssten in der Zwischenmiete gegossen werden.
The room faces the backyard and connects to our living room. It is equipped with a daylight lamp, so even in winter gets enough light. A few little plants would have to be watered in the intermediate rent.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Querstraße zur Petersburger Straße. Mit der M10 ist man schnell an allen wichtigen Orten der Stadt. 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist die Ringbahn. Das Kiez hat Supermärkte, Spätis und süße Cafés und Restaurants. Pomodorino, ein bekannter Pizzaladen, ist gleich um die Ecke.
The apartment is located in a quiet cross street to the Petersburger Straße. With the M10 you can quickly get to all important places in the city. 10 minutes walk away is the Ringbahn. The Kiez has supermarkets, Spätis and cute cafes and restaurants. Pomodorino, a well-known pizza store, is just around the corner.
Zwei der drei Mitbewohner sind zur gleichen Zeit im Ausland. Du wirst also mit Sandy und einem weiteren Zwischenmieter zusammenwohnen.
Sandy arbeitet im Pflegebereich und hat unterschiedliche Schichtdienste. Du wirst ihn also manchmal morgens und manchmal abends antreffen. Sandy ist ein Traummitbewohner, denn er bietet eine formvollendete Balance zwischen vertrautem Miteinander und Rückzug.
Neben Sandy gibt es noch Püppi unsere WG-Katze. Sie ist zurückhaltend, pflegeleicht und immer für Schmuseeinheiten zu haben - wenn sie sie initiiert. Es wäre also super, wenn du mit Katzen gut zurecht kommst und beim Füttern helfen könntest!
Two of the three roommates are abroad at the same time. So you will be living with Sandy and another intermediate tenant.
Sandy works in the care sector and has different shifts. So you will find him sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening. Sandy is a dream roommate because he offers a perfect balance between familiar togetherness and retreat.
Besides Sandy there is also Püppi our WG-cat. She is reserved, easy to care for and always ready for a cuddle - if she initiates it. So it would be great if you are good with cats and could help with feeding!
